Ruins of the Ascendant Cavern

The Ruins of the Ascendant Cavern is the largest cave currently available in Lost Colony. Built around an enormous ruined city, it features wide open chambers, ancient bridges, waterfalls, crystal formations, and multiple interconnected paths.
Because of its size, it’s one of the easiest caves to explore with larger creatures while still offering excellent loot opportunities.

Cavern of the Whispering Needle

- 38.5, 20.5
Often referred to as the Desmodus Cave, this cavern is instantly recognizable thanks to the glowing purple crystals surrounding its entrance. Inside you’ll discover a massive open chamber complete with a waterfall cascading from the ceiling while Desmodus patrol overhead.
Expect plenty of airborne threats and some of the most atmospheric cave scenery on the map.

Cavern of the Sapphire Cascades
Entrance Coordinates
- 2.7, 30.1
The Cavern of the Sapphire Cascades has a distinctly Aberration-inspired design with towering arches, glowing blue crystals and dangerous wildlife waiting inside.
Players will encounter bats, Direwolves, insects and several environmental hazards while exploring. Rumours also suggest there’s a hidden section tucked away deeper inside the cave, making thorough exploration worthwhile.
