How to unlock Single Player Outfits In GTA Online
Unlocking the iconic outfits of Michael, Franklin, Trevor, Claude, and Niko for your characters in GTA Online has now became possible as part of the los santos mercenaries DLC. These outfits are inspired by the main characters from different parts of the GTA series, including GTA 3, 4, and 5. In this article, we will guide you on how to unlock these outfits and add them to your wardrobe in GTA Online.
GTA Online has managed to remain popular and engaging over the years through constant updates and improvements. With regular updates introducing new heists, missions, races, and more, the game continues to captivate players. While automotive and aircraft play a significant role in GTA Online, the game also offers a diverse selection of in-game outfits.
Recently, Grand Theft Auto Online released the los santos mercenaries update, which not only brought quality-of-life options and sprint control improvements but also introduced exciting new content such as cars, weapons, and events. However, one of the most enticing features of this update is the addition of iconic outfits from the main characters of GTA 3, 4, and 5.
These outfits have become easter eggs for players to discover and enjoy, further fueling their excitement for the game. By equipping these outfits, players can embody the personas of Trevor, Franklin, Michael, Niko, and Claude in GTA Online. The San Andreas Mercenaries update has breathed new life into the game, and players are thrilled to expand their wardrobes with these highly sought-after outfits.
It is important to note that these outfits are exclusive to players on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. Unfortunately, PC, PS4, and Xbox One players will not be able to unlock these outfits, even if they meet the necessary conditions.
How to use the GTA Online Career Progress tracker
The GTA Online Career Progress tracker is a recently introduced feature that allows players to monitor their progress in completing challenges and tiers in GTA Online. With this tracker, players can earn various rewards such as cosmetic items, cash, RP, and vehicles. In this article, we will provide you with all the information you need to know about using the Career Progress tracker in GTA Online.
Accessing the GTA Online Career Progress Tracker
To access the Career Progress tracker in GTA Online, open the Pause Menu while in-game and navigate to the Career tab. Follow the prompt to select the Career Progress option. Alternatively, you can find a shortcut to Career Progress on the Main Menu, but it will still require you to join a session before you can view it. It’s important to note that the GTA Online Career Progress tracker is only available on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles, so players on other formats won’t have access to this feature.
What Are Career Progress Tiers in GTA Online
GTA Online Career Progress Tiers indicate how far you’ve progressed in completing each set of challenges and determine the rewards you’ll receive upon meeting their requirements. You can check your progress by selecting each individual section and scrolling through the Tiers. Challenges become more challenging as you progress through the Tiers. For example, in the San Andreas Mercenaries section, Tier 1 can be cleared by completing a single GTA Online Project Overthrow mission, while Tier 2 requires completing all six missions, including one without dying. By Tier 4, you’ll need to complete all missions on Hard difficulty without using snacks or armor. Your current progress is indicated next to each challenge, and you can expand individual challenges to confirm your exact progress.
Why Isn’t All of My Previous Career Progress Showing?
While exploring the Career Progress Tiers, you may notice that certain challenges you’ve completed in the past haven’t been marked as completed. This can be frustrating, but it’s because not all elements were individually tracked by the game before the launch of Career Progress challenges. Even if you’ve done those challenges before, they may not have been saved to your profile. Rockstar warns that some challenges will start from scratch when you enter the Career Progress section. However, you can still enjoy completing them again to earn the rewards they offer.
Unlocking GTA Online Career Progress Rewards
There are a total of 168 rewards to unlock through GTA Online Career Progress. These rewards are grouped under the Rewards tab based on their related challenges. You can also view rewards directly from each Tier under the Progress tab by following the Tier Rewards prompt. When you have unlocked rewards to collect, a prompt will appear to Sort Unclaimed First, allowing you to quickly access your unlocked rewards without scrolling through the entire list.
As you progress through Tier challenges, on-screen notifications will appear. If a new reward becomes available, you’ll be prompted to access the Career Progress section to claim it. Keep in mind that although you can progress through Tiers in any order, you can only unlock rewards sequentially. For example, if you clear Tier 2 of a section first, you won’t be able to claim that reward until you also clear Tier 1. Both rewards will unlock simultaneously once you’ve completed Tier 1.
