Studio Wildcard has officially unveiled the Tidepup, one of the newest creatures coming to ARK Survival Ascended with Bob’s True Tales: Tides of Fortune when Genesis Ascended Part 1 launches on June 25.
Unlike many of the aggressive creatures roaming the ARKs, the Tidepup is designed as a supportive companion focused on healing and survivability.

The Rhyniognatha cannot be directly tamed. Instead, you need to force it to lay an egg in one of your tamed creatures.
To do this, kill a Rhyniognatha to obtain a Rhyniognatha Pheromone, which can be consumed by your tames.
Feed the Rhyniognatha Pheromone to a female Rhyniognatha that has been reduced to around 10% health.
The female Rhyniognatha will lay an egg in your tamed creature.
Nurture the egg until it hatches, resulting in a Juvenile Rhyniognatha.
